In the intellectual property profession since 2004.  Technical areas covered include mechanical, electronic and electrical engineering and information technology.  Richard has particular expertise in the areas of mechanical tools, printing devices and telecommunications.  Professional experience includes drafting and prosecution of patent applications to grant and advising on infringement and validity issues.  Richard is also proficient in German and is an Associate member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
